Procrastinate, 2019, thirty spots of glow in the dark paint, glow in the dark pigment powder and marker on the wall, diameter 0.5 -3.5 cm.

Concept: With regard to the experience and skill of the installation team, "Paraform Studio", they were asked to estimate a specific measurement (a 159 cm. width between two dots). The number 159 derives from the "Silpa Bhirasri Day" or 15th of September. The installation team were asked not to use any tool or equipment but their eyes.
There are two guidelines to be followed:
1. Every time the installation team attempt to find a new estimation, the diameter of both dots has to be increased 0.3 cm. The diameter of the first approximation is 0.5 cm and the successful one is 4.7 cm.
2. Changing the angle of a line in each estimation. This invisible line (width 159 cm) could be positioned not in the same plane such as between two walls or a wall and a video projector shelf. Two dots locate inside the frame where the video work is projected.
The mission has been completed in the 15th attempt. The location of the accomplished task is on the top of the right side wall (facing the video work), around 10 cm. from the long curtain.
This work resembles fireflies flying at night in the exhibition room. During the Chapter 8 (Sailing) of the video work entitled "If There Is No Tomorrow", most of the scenes are dark and the work "Procrastinate" becomes clearly visible and appear like viewers are in a sailing boat where fireflies are flying around them.
The specific numbers of each dot can be observed when the video work is ended. There is a white light which created from a blank footage which illuminate the exhibition room in a duration of 32 seconds.
The title of this work "Procrastinate" arise from several requests of the gallery's floor plan from the first quarter of 2018 to the mid-year 2019 but never succeed. As a consequence, a concept of measuring the gallery exhibition area is created.

แนวคิด การประยุกต์ใช้ทักษะ ความชำนาญ ประสบการณ์ของทีมติดตั้งนิทรรศการ ในการคาดคะเนความกว้างหรือระยะห่างจากจุดๆหนึ่งมายังจุดอีกจุดหนึ่ง ให้เท่ากับ ๑๕๙ เซนติเมตร (ตัวเลข ๑๕๙ มาจากวันที่ ๑๕ เดือน ๙ หรือ "วันศิลป์ พีระศรี") โดยไม่ใช่เครื่องมือในการวัด แต่ใช้การกะระยะด้วยสายตา
กติกาในการสร้างงานมีอยู่สองข้อ คือ
๑.ทุกครั้งที่มีการกำหนดจุดหรือวัดระยะใหม่บนฝาผนัง จุดจะมีขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางที่ขยายใหญ่ขึ้นทุกครั้ง ขยายใหญ่ขึ้นครั้งละ ๐.๓ เชนติเมตร หรือขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางของจุดเรืองแสงจะใหญ่ขึ้นเรื่อยๆขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางของจุดเรืองแสงเริ่มต้นคือ ๐.๕ เซนติเมตร ส่วนขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางของจุดเรืองแสงจุดสุดท้ายคือ ๔.๗ ซม.
๒. จะต้องไม่จุดหาระยะทางในองศาเดิม ไม่ว่าจะเป็นแนวดิ่งหรือแนวราบ จะต้องเปลี่ยนองศาหรือการจุดเฉียงไปทางด้านซ้ายหรือด้านขวา เฉียงขึ้นหรือเฉียงลง บางครั้งจุดหนึ่งจุดอยู่บนฝาผนังหนึ่ง ส่วนอีกจุดอยู่บนฝาผนังด้านอื่น หรือทั้งสองจุดไม่ได้อยู่บนฝาผนังเดียวกัน หรือบางจุดอยู่บนผนังอีกจุดหนึ่งอยู่บนแผ่นไม้ของหิ้งที่ตั้งเครื่องฉายโปรเจ็คเตอร์ มีจุดจำนวนสองจุดอยู่ในเฟรมของงานวีดีโอที่ฉายบนฝาผนัง
ทีมติดตั้งสามารถคาดคะเนระยะห่างได้ถูกต้อง (๑๕๙ เซนติเมตร) ในจุดที่ ๒๙ และ ๓๐ ตำแหน่งที่ฝาผนังด้านขวาบน หันหน้าเข้าหาจอวีดีโอ ห่างจากผ้าม่านยาวไปประมาณ ๑๐ เซนติเมตร
ผลงานชิ้นนี้จะดูคล้ายกับหิ่งห้อยในเวลากลางคืน ที่บินอยู่รอบห้องนิทรรศการ และสัมพันธ์กับงานวีดีโอบทที่ ๘ ล่องเรือ ซึ่งผลงานเคลื่อนไหวในบทนี้จะค่อนข้างมืด ทำให้มองเห็นจุดเรืองแสงที่อยู่รอบห้องได้ชัดเจน คล้ายการล่องเรือตอนกลางคืนท่ามกลางฝูงหิ่งห้อย
คนดูจะมองเห็นตัวเลขระยะห่างของจุดเรืองแสงต่างๆ ในช่วงที่งานวีดีโอจบลง และกลายเป็นจอสีขาวสว่างจ้าเป็นระยะเวลา ๓๒ วินาที ก่อนที่งานวีดีโอจะเริ่มต้นเล่นใหม่อีกครั้ง
"ผัดวันประกันพรุ่ง" ได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจากการรอคอยแผนผังห้องนิทรรศการ ที่ได้ขอให้ทางแกลเลอรี่ช่วยส่งไฟล์แผนผังให้หลายครั้ง ตั้งแต่ช่วงต้นปี ๒๕๖๑ จนถึงกลางปี ๒๕๖๒ จนตัดสินใจที่จะทำให้การวัดพื้นที่กลายเป็นผลงานชิ้นหนึ่งในนิทรรศการ
